The Oasis Bay Party Cruise is the newest edition to our fleet and is one of the largest boats in Halong Bay. We offer an amazing experience for young travellers combining the beautiful tour of Halong Bay with fun activities including kayaking, water trampoline, swimming, boat jumping, beach volleyball, beach football and much more with young travellers looking to enjoy the top 7 natural wonders of the world. We proudly present one of the biggest metal boats, the Oasis Bay Party Cruise, launched in September 2017. The boat is fully equipped with the most advanced and upgraded technology. Entering the boat, you will be overwhelmed by its size and impressive features all geared towards a fun trip to Halong Bay.


 

Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Oasis bay  Cruise (Lunch + Dinner)

08:15 – 08:45: Pick up from the Old Quarter Hanoi

11:00 – 11:30: Arrive to number 24 Tuan Chau Harbour

12:00: Check in on the cruise and enjoy your welcome drink

12:30 – 13:30: Lunch at the cruise dining

14:00 – 16:00: Exploring Ha Long Bay with kayaks, enjoy the beautiful beach and have fun on our trampolines with your friends.

​​​​16:00 – 18:30: Relaxing in one of our many jacuzzis arranged around the cruise. Besides you will get fresh fruits (FOC) during our Sunset party.

19:00 – 20:00: Dinner at the cruise dining.

20:30 – 23:00: Night-life activities such as our cruise team dance performance, Live DJ party, and many more intersting games during the night

Day 2: Oasis Bay party Cruise – Hanoi (Breakfast + Lunch)

06:30: Rise and shine, you do not want to miss out on the Halong magnificent dawn.

06:45 – 09:00: Light breakfast at the cruise dining

09:30 – 10:00: Pack and prepare to check out. Settle your drinking bills at the main bar in the dining room.

10:15 – 11:30: Lunch at the cruise dining.

12:00: Get off board, our shuttle bus will pick you up from our waiting lounge.

15:00 – 15:30: Tour ends. All customers will be dropped off at the Old Quarter Hanoi

Day 2: Halong Bay-Exploring day
06:30 Rise and shine, you do not want to miss out on the Halong magnificent dawn.
06:45 – 07:30 Breakfast at the cruise dining
07:45 – 09:00 Visiting Sung Sot Cave
09:30 – 10:00 Pack and prepare to check out. Drinking bills will be paid at the main bar inside our dining room
10:30 – 12:00 Our transfer boat will pick up all the customers moving to Lan Ha Bay then to our final destination - Freedom Island Retreat
12:00 – 12:20 Check-in and sip on our tasty welcome drinks, at the same time our Island Supervisor will let you know all the information on our trip schedules, regulations and safety on the Island
12:45 – 13:45 Lunch on the Island at the Restaurant area, it will be served according to the menu with special dishes, the taste of the sea prepared in a unique and harmonious way
13:45 – 14:00 After lunch, you will receive the room key and check in with the assistance of the staff on the island
14:00 – 15:30 Enjoy your delicious drinks at the open space bar area and relax, feel the fresh air, listen to the sound of the wind and the waves of the sea... You can also return to your room to rest or use entertainment services on the island such as Billiards, Table Tennis, or Beach Volleyball...
15:30 – 17:00 Our Island staff will take you to participate in a trekking program (mountain climbing) to discover the location of Ghenh Tu Do, which has the most beautiful and majestic sea view on the Island. You have the opportunity to save for yourself heart-rending experiences, beautiful and unique check-in photos only available here (please bring sports shoes/ climbing shoes and mosquito spray). Trekking time will be approximately from 45 minutes to 1 hour.
17:30 – 18:30 After the island activities, please be at our Bar area to enjoy drinks and fresh fruits during the Sunset Party and especially the Happy hour (buy 1 get 1 free drink from 17:30 to 18:30) Your soul will be released in a romantic space with music, watching the full poetic scenery of the sunset slowly falling with friends and loved ones. Sip on our excellent drinks delicately prepared by our Batenders It's safe to say that this is considered to be one of the most beautiful times of the day in terms of space, moment, sensation and will unquestionably leave you with an unforgettable impression.
19:15 – 20:00 You will enjoy a delicious dinner at the beach area under the shimmering lights, listen to the sound of the wind and the waves harmonize into a romantic melody of the sea. Dinner will be served with BBQ dishes meticulously and delicately prepared by our Chef which will give you a true culinary experience
20:00 – 23:00 You will enjoy moments of being immersed in the cinematic space in the middle of nature with the outdoor theatre. Not only that, you can stay at the outdoor bar area to listen to music, relax, chat or simply go for a walk by the beach to feel the tranquility only here, listen to the waves and the cool taste of the sea breeze. Don't forget our Pool or Table tennis area, here there have been countless exciting games between groups of guests.
From 23:00 onwards Time you spend the night on the island, regain energy for the next day.
 


Day 3: Halong Bay-Hanoi
 
05:30 – 06:00 Dawn on the Island - You wake up to see the sunrise, enjoy the fresh morning air on the Island (optional).
07:00 – 07:45 Light breakfast with Tea - Coffee, bread, butter, jam, fruit...
09:15 – 09:45 Please check your luggage carefully and prepare to check-out, pay the drinking bills on the Island (if any: drinks, surcharges...) at the bar.
10:00 – 11:00 Please be at the Restaurant area to enjoy lunch. Our Chef will prepare you a full meal to ensure energy for the return journey.
11:00 – 11:30 Our transfer boat will take you back to Tuan Chau harbour closing the Island trip, Our bus will pick you up at the scheduled time to return to Hanoi
11:30 – 12:00 Get off board, our shuttle bus will pick you up from our waiting lounge
15:00 – 15:30 Tour ends. All customers will be drop off at the Old Quarter Hanoi

Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellation received before 60 days: FREE of charge

  • Cancellation received from 30 days to 59 days prior arrival date: 10% of total rate

  • Cancellation received from 15 days to 29 days prior arrival date: 30% of total rate

  • Cancellation received from 7 days to 14 days prior arrival date: 50% of total rate

  • Cancellation received less than 7 days prior arrival date or No show: 100% of total rate

Children Policy

  • The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults

  • For infant (<04 years old): FOC except domestic ticket cost

  • 04 - 11 years old without bed: 50% adult rate

  • 04 - 11 years old with extra bed: 75% adult rate

  • 04 - 11 years old in twin share: 90% adult rate

1. Schedule and activities:

  • The program may be subject to change depending on weather conditions or specific tides without announcing to visitors in advance.
  • Time in the schedule is only relative. The specific time will be announced by our tour guide on the day of departure.
  • All activities are included in the program. Guests can choose to relax themselves and enjoy the scenery on board, without having to fully participate in activities above.

  • The menu on board is daily standard for all visitors. If there are personal requirements such as diet, vegetarian … please advise us when book the tour or tour guide in advance. After embarking, it is no longer changeable due to the stock limit condition.

  • Original passport / ID card (required for check-in).
